RESERVATION POLICY Request reservations at least 90 days in advance of your planned travel whenever possible.
In instances where you have reserved your vacation under the referral program with Palace Resorts, all further dealings will be with Palace Resorts directly. Their current reservation and payment polices will be observed.
In instances where you are reserving and purchasing one of our member weeks, we will notify you by email or telephone when we have been assured that the requested accommodations are available. Full payment by Visa or Mastercard will be due within 5 days of our notice to assure your reservation. You will then receive your confirmation. We will send a copy of our member confirmation from Palace Resorts together with our letter advising Palace Resorts of your authorized use of the reserved week(s) by name.
In the case of member weeks which you have booked through us, you may request cancellation by notice to reach our offices no later than 14 days of your travel date. A cancellation fee of 6% (minimum of $75) will be deducted from your Visa or Mastercard Credit refund.
INSURANCE We recommend you consider trip cancellation insurance as we always do when we travel. Insurance can be obtained for trip interruption, baggage loss beyond nominal amounts covered the airlines, trip delay, medical coverage, air ambulance service or combinations of these events. For your convenience, you may follow this link to Travel Guard or CSA Travel Protection which we can personally recommend.
AIRLINE RESERVATIONS We do not provide air reservation services. Reservations may be made through Palace Resorts and its World Vacation Travel subsidiary. Some special promotions from Palace Resorts which may have links through this web site may include airfare. In these instances, Palace Resorts policies apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY A full refund will be made for cancellations of reservations made through us for Palace Resorts all-inclusive plus vacations if received by email, fax or telephone up to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. We are sorry but no refunds will be made for cancellations within 14 days or for “no-shows”, early departures or bad weather.
CHANGE FEES: A $50 USD service charge will be assessed for any changes requested after your reservation request and full payment has been made. Changes may not be available on short notice or during the high season.
